02 Oct Pete Antonopoulos Grows Walker & Dunlop Affordable Equity Team
Walker & Dunlop, Inc., announced today that it has expanded its Affordable Equity team (formerly Alliant Capital) with the addition of Senior Managing Director Pete Antonopoulos. In conjunction with Senior Managing Director Dudley Benoit and Managing Director Drew Foster, Mr. Antonopoulos will be responsible for growing LIHTC Equity Investor Relations.
Walker & Dunlop’s Affordable Equity team makes this addition in alignment with enhancing their Investor Relations and Originations capabilities in an effort to achieve a 5-year $1 billion annual LIHTC equity raising goal.

Mr. Antonopoulos brings almost 20 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience to Walker & Dunlop. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Antonopoulos worked as an Executive Vice President of Fund Investment Opportunities at The Richman Group. There, he specialized in investor relations, investment due diligence, and upper-tier fund modeling. Mr. Antonopoulos began his career at Goldman Sachs where he served as an MCD Analyst.
Mr. Antonopoulos earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University and is a licensed CT real estate broker.
