Rachel Lock is an Associate in the Global Aviation, Aerospace & Defense practice at K&A. She is responsible for market research, candidate management, and project coordination on Board & C-level executive searches. Currently, Rachel serves on the project teams for some of the firm’s most high profile Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrials engagements which include the world’s leading OEM’s, MRO’s, airlines, lessors, defense contractors, and PE firms.

Rachel is a member of Women in Aviation International (WAI) and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and additional studies in the fields of Government and Sociology.
