Sophie Griggs joined K&A in 2024 as a research associate. In this role, she identifies and evaluates top talent across a diverse range of industries to fill high profile executive roles. Additionally, Sophie is responsible for conducting research to build industry knowledge across the firm and assist in the growth and management of K&A’s extensive candidate database. Her current experience includes both public and private sector clients in industries such as aviation, transportation, financial and professional services, real estate, and defense.

Sophie brings experience in public service and research to K&A. Her interest in judicial affairs and research stems from hands-on experience gained through internships in legislative offices and public defense.

Sophie graduated from the George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
